Our Review

The MoneyBack+ sits in an awkward spot in HDFC's lineup. It offers 2x on everything (similar to IDFC Classic which is free) and 4x on online spends. The question is: why not just get the Millennia instead? For 1,000 vs 1,000 fee, the Millennia gives 5% on Amazon/Flipkart/Swiggy and 8 lounge visits. The MoneyBack+ only makes sense if you heavily load wallets like Paytm or PhonePe, where the 4x rate applies. For most people, skip this and go straight to the Millennia. It's a decent card — just not the best option at its price point in HDFC's own lineup.
